Reservation Policy
Payment in full by credit card or check will confirm your space on a tour. Ticketed events and seating is limited, so please consider making reservations early. A 50% deposit can be made for trips over $150.00 to hold space on a trip. Balances or full payments are due 45 days prior to trip departure. Special requests for seating or rooming needs will be accepted at the time of making your reservation, but not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds or transfers to other Silverado tours are available when a cancellation occurs no later than 30 days prior to trip departure less a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost up to $25.00 per person and any additional costs’ pre-paid by Silverado Tours. No refunds or transfers are permitted, made less than 30 days to trip departure. Once a trip is in progress, unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.

Other Policies

• Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on all Silverado Tours motor coaches.
• Baggage handling is included on all overnight tours, however, Silverado Tours cannot be held accountable for loss or damage to baggage and/or belongings.
• Silverado Tours is not responsible for personal vehicles left at pick up locations.
• Items, such as meals and other fees are not included unless otherwise noted.
• Phone calls, taxis, room services, etc. are the responsibility of the individual traveler.
• Our drivers are committed to exemplary service and gratuities are customary and appreciated.
• Please be at your pick up location 15 minutes before departure time listed on confirmation, in consideration for other passengers on the schedule.

Travelers Insurance
For an additional fee, cancellation and travelers insurance is available. Prices vary depending on the cost of the tour. Please ask a Silverado Tour representative for a brochure.

Notes
Silverado Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary or route and make substitutions of equal value should conditions warrant such change. Silverado reserves the right to cancel any departure that does not reach the minimum operation number, in which case, a full refund will be made to the customer. Silverado Tours makes every effort to arrive at all destinations on time and is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control that may cause delays (traffic, weather, change of game time or date of event.) 

Gratuities: Silverado Tours employs exemplary drivers and escorts to accommodate your travel needs and puts your safety first! Although, tipping is not required, it is appreciated for a job well done!
